Local SportsSaturday, October 06, 2012Football: Galion blanks Riverdale, 38-0MOUNT BLANCHARD -- David Nay was unstoppable Friday night and Galion rolled up a 38-0 North Central Conference victory over Riverdale. Nay used 19 carries to pile up 159 yards rushing and touchdowns of 55, 3, 41 and 5 yards. Galion (6-1, 4-0 NCC) tallied 232 rushing yards and the Tigers threw for 152 yards on just nine attempts. Riverdale (4-3, 3-1) was held to only 61 total yards. Josh Bushong rushed for 28 yards and Dillon Farrow threw for 27. Tre Headington did come up big on defense for the Falcons with 14 tackles and 5 tackles for loss.
